Another great dinner for our family and good friend...the caprese salad was as fresh as could be, and their chicken picatta is to die for! When my husband's pork chop was overcooked, they graciously comp'd his meal, as well as buying him another round. My daughter loved their shrimp scampi, and as always, desserts were amazing...try the flourless chocolate tart, you wont be sorry! Just have someone to split it with (yes, it's THAT rich!).

The Caprese salad is absolutely the best. Then when you get to the entrees, pick anything and you can't go wrong. Large portions, great service and prices that are affordable. Gotta go there.

Their baked ziti is excellent! Also, The benefit of the lunch buffet which includes pizza, pasta, salad, and a drink for $11 is worth it for anyone who needs a quick lunch.

Went for dinner tonight, place was full. Meatballs are great! Caesar salad was ok, dressing was very thin and not much flavor. Could leave off capers and add croutons. Dinner was ok I had fettuccine Alfredo with meatball. My husband had chicken Parmesan, both lacked salt and seasonings. Sangria was good. We would go back again.

Some of the reviews on here really surprise me because I have been to this restaurant multiple times and have always had fantastic experiences. I noticed many reviews are from when they first opened, so hopefully those reviews won't sway you. I especially am loving their new wine or beer dinners they have started to do about once a month. I also love checking out their specials that are constantly changing with fresh and new ideas. I just ate there for their New Year's Eve special menu dinner. I had the corn chowder soup to start out, and I absolutely loved it. I hope it is something they put on their rotation of soups they are adding. For my entree I had the salmon roulade with risotto. Any dish with risotto gets my vote, but the entire dish was so tasty. If I get a chance to go back soon, I hope they still have the new York strip because with that fantastic sauce and garlic mashed potatoes, it looked and smelled out of this world. As you can tell, I love this place. Definitely check out their specials when they are offering them. I am looking forward to their next 4 course wine dinner this month because I don't always splurge for an app and dessert, but they are always fantastic. I highly recommend this place especially if you are looking for a nice meal for dinner. Don't forget about the pizzas though because they have fantastic gourmet pizzas, too! One last thing I enjoy about Molipazzo is that they have great craft beers on draft and some pretty great red sangria.

I almost didn't give this place a second chance after a mediocre first visit, but tonight our second visit was AMAZING + ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Everything about it was perfect. The service, atmosphere, and food were on point. Sunday Supper - genius! Pizza - better than we had in Italy. The server - couldn't have been more helpful, informative, and polite. Wow! Definitely will be back!

We come to White House every few months to visit family and never found a real Italian restaurant until we found this one. My wife and I ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza. The crust was thick and the sauce was good. Just like the old days in Brooklyn, New York. Next time will try the dinner menu. Nice looking place and the service was friendly and attentive.

I thought the food was good but over priced. Not sure I would go back, just because I think the prices are just too high for small town.

I love this place and wish it was around when I actually lived in the area. I am stationed with the military out of town in a different state, and now after this trip home, I plan to always make a point to come to this place when I am visiting home. I have been here three times during my month-long post-deployment vacation to home (Tennessee) and I have loved my experiences every meal. They have awesome options for vegetarians, and the wine and beer list are great! The spaghetti with marinara and the veggie pizza are spot-on delicious!! I love this place! Definitely check out Monday nights with the cheap pizza, wine, and beer :)

Went for lunch today. The "buffet" was a salad, a pasta and two pizza. Not sure this qualifies as a buffet. However the spinach salad was delicious. The pasta was way under cooked. Al dente is great, crunchy not so much. The pizza was good but nothing special. The service was great. Very friendly and attentive. May go back to order something from the menu.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Food was terrible and overpriced. My chicken was burnt and smelled like a fly on a bug zapper. Not exaggerating at all. My wife's dinner was bland at best. The service was ok and the atmosphere was lacking.

Seriously some of the best pasta I have ever had. Better than the Olive Garden. The service has always been super sweet. I really hope this little mom and pop shop makes it. We love to eat here on family style Sunday's too.

We liked this place a lot and hope it stays in White House. We had bread with Caesars and a second batch of bread with the entree. (Not sure why reviewers complain about the lack of bread?) We had the Marsala and Piccata pastas, and both needed salt (which we usually don't do), but they were good. The cannoli was yummy (split). Total bill for two people was $50 including tip and one alcoholic beverage. We were pleased.

Brought my young son here for a late lunch on Tuesday. They don't have a kids menu per se, but when he asked for spaghetti, they happily did a half order (and charged us proportionally less, which was very fair). He's a very picky eater, but LOVED the giant meatball, sauce, and especially the "slurpy noodles". I had the sausage and peppers and a house salad. All in all, really nice meal, good portions, and the staff was all incredibly courteous and attentive. Really glad to have a place like this in town. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely incredible. INCREDIBLE! I ordered the chicken piccata and it was so authentic. The tiramisu is also to die for. Definitely coming back for many times to come.

I loved their homemade pasta! Husband had the lasagna, which was very good. The sauce was so flavorful on both our dishes. I had a chicken dish with a white wine sauce. Amazing flavor!

I was in town visiting a bunch of my friends and some of them wanted to check this place out (since it was close to where they lived). we thought we'd give it a try. We all loved it. The food is high quality and very well made. Started off with an antipasti platter and we all loved it. It had lots of high quality meats and cheeses. I tried their spaghetti and meatballs and the meatballs and sauce was so good my friend ordered just a side of that as her meal. We sat at the bar and I had trouble picking out a beer at first but the bartender was very knowledgeable and helped each of us pick out a beer that we loved. The atmosphere is very cozy and warm and the service there was very good and friendly. Came back here the next day with my friends and I tried the sausage and peppers sandwich and my friends ordered a pizza. You could tell that the dough was handmade and fresh. The pizza was awesome! I loved my sandwich. It was very filing and came with a side of mixed greens and grapefruit. My friends loved that it was so close and that we didn't have to drive anywhere too far. If you plan on coming here make sure to get here early! It does tend to get pretty busy! Next time I'm in town I'm definitely coming back!

Just not impressed. I can't imagine the food costs or overhead because their prices are too high. Over $100 for takeout on a family of 4?? We only paid because we ordered and wanted to be honest guests. Bland lasagna, boring dessert, flavor lacking and small portions for the price. I've had truly authentic Italian and this just isn't it. We couldn't taste the "love" in the food. Agree with previous view...don't see this here very long.

If your a vegetarian you may like this place. Very few meat choices. Spaghetti sauce is just boiled down tomatoes. Although I think they use quality products the recipes are very amateurish. This certainly is not authentic Italian. This is something some New Yorker would dream up to please Michele Obama types who would never eat here anyway. Over all the food is bland and lacks meat. Don't be fooled, this is no Italian place. If you want good authentic Italian go to Caffe Nonna on Murphy Rd in Nashville. Molipozzo is a joke.

My wife and I ate here yesterday. The menu is tiny. 3 entres and 3 sandwiches...the sandwiches came with salad. The entrees did not. The spaghetti sauce is watered down. The chicken Alfredo had no flavor. The glasses were the size of 2 shot glasses. The stuffed portobello mushroom was good. The server asked if I wanted bread. "Sure", I said. She brought out a saucer with 4 croutons on it. Small pcs of bread, hard as a rock. The first review on here looks like the server I had yesterday. Anyone that adds a positive review about this place must be an employee. Torinos in Springfield tn. Is worth the drive and 100 times better.

My family and I decided to come here on a Friday night. First , if you do not like tight crammed spaces this is not the place for you . It was difficult to maneuver through the place to take my daughter to the restroom . They were very busy and patrons were all waiting up front so it was a little awkward to feel stared at while eating . The menu is small and doesn't have a lot of choices . It does contain traditional Italian foods such as ; lasagna , spaghetti and meatballs , fettucuni Alfredo. There were three entree choices and two nightly specials . The prices ranged from $11-$27 the night we were there . They also had a few appetizers like antipasti and stuffed mushrooms. The specialties came with a salad . However. , the costlier entrees did not . I found that a little puzzling. The salads were delicious . I especially enjoyed the Caesar salad. The dressing tasted homemade and the parmesan tasted fresh. The house salad had spring mix with a refreshing honey vinegarette. I got fettucuni Alfredo. I thought the pasta and sauce was delicious. The chicken was very bland and needed salt. My husband got lasagna . He thought it was tasty, but was disappointed it did not contain any meat . My dad ordered a pepperoni pizza . The crust was tasty and had a nice flavor . However , when we picked up a slice all the ingredients slid right off . It did not contain enough cheese to our liking . My 10 year old son got a desert and ate every bite . I think he got Tiramisu and he stated , "It was yummy!" Parents I did not see a kids menu , nor did they hand us one . Our kids just shared pizza . They seemed to enjoy themselves. Be prepared for a long wait and bring them something to do ,because there is not a lot of room to move . If you need something to do while waiting for a table browse Mimi's Consignment Shop. It has some cute stuff . Finally , if you want a decent Italian meal without the long drive to another town then this is a great place . However , if you prefer a lot of choices and are a bit claustrophobic I suggest driving to Hendersonville or Rivergate .

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
